Background Stock:
I got this wicked drawing done of my City of Heroes character, Celtic Claw drawn by comic artist Andie Tong as the Birmingham Comic Expo, and so I decided to add some colour too it.
I didnt want to blitz it out with colour, just add some with texture and colour the lines. It almost has an animated look to it I think.
Background stock was taken from [link] where I just manipulated the image changing the levels and colours and added a blue to put the focus on Celtic Claw.
