My entry to the 8-bit hoodie contest.

I was suddenly inspired by this concept of having essentially a Gameboy on your top, mainly because the template was a white hoodie, and I thought the Gameboy best represents classic, pixellated gaming. Sure, maybe not 8-bit, but retro gaming which is the spirit of the contest.

This is the 'dA' colour scheme version, with and without fella character. Perhaps it could be holographic? Anyway, thought it would feel more special to dA users.

So, I would wear the hell out of this. I hope you feel the same and click the 'i'd wear this' button near the 'fave' button so I can win some money.

One thing you have to remember when designing a hoody is that the back will always be hidden by the hood. Generally when we print these the design is placed at six inches down from the seam so it will be visible when the hood is down. Unless you want it hidden so that it only shows when the hood is up.

I didnt really think about that, cheers. I guess I maybe saw others stick something on the back and thought I would do the same, but yeh, it would mainly be for whenever you would wear the hood up.

dA removed this piece and put it in scraps anyway. I guess it didnt qualify or didnt make the top 100, but my other one still seems to be there, so fingers crossed. ^_^

Is it cheap to do? I always wondered about printing my own t-shirts, but would I have to provide these companies with t-shirts, is it expensive?
